To commence an adjudication, the Claimant party must serve a completed Notice of Adjudication to the other contracted party of the dispute and provide it to the SCDRO within 24 hours, further instructions are provided below.

Filing a Notice of Adjudication
To file a Notice of Adjudication, please follow these steps:
- Fill out Form A.6 – Notice of Adjudication completely.
- Serve the completed form to the other contracted party involved in the dispute.
- Submit the Notice of Adjudication to authority@scdro.ca within 24 hours of serving it to the responding party.
- Provide the contact information of the responding party to the SCDRO, including their name, email address, and phone number.
- Include the applicable filing fee to the SCDRO along with the Notice. Payment options include e-transfer or Credit Card Payment over the phone.
It’s essential for parties submitting the Notice of Adjudication to ensure that the correct information is provided on the form, including the names of the contracted parties and their contact information.
